Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the RoboStack website available at https://robostack.net/ (the “Site”), including its content, demonstrations, interfaces, materials, and other functionality made available through the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, you should discontinue use of the Site.
About RoboStack
RoboStack is a robotics infrastructure platform concept designed to provide a unified environment for managing robot fleets, including fleet visibility, task orchestration, charging coordination, maintenance workflows, safety functions, automation, integrations, reporting, and administrative functionality. Certain functionality displayed through the Site or platform may be provided for demonstration, evaluation, development, or informational purposes and should not automatically be interpreted as a production deployment or commercially available feature.
Eligibility and Age Requirement
You must have the legal capacity to accept these Terms of Use in order to use the Site. If you are using RoboStack on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of that entity in connection with your use of the Site. The Site is intended for adults and professional audiences. You must be at least 18 years old, or the applicable age of legal majority where you reside, to submit business, investment, contractual, or other legally significant requests through the Site.
Permitted Use
You may access and use the Site for lawful informational, business, technical, demonstration, partnership, or investment-evaluation purposes. Your use must not interfere with the operation, security, availability, or integrity of RoboStack, the Site, or systems connected to it. Permission to access the Site is limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and does not transfer ownership of any RoboStack technology, content, software, intellectual property, or other materials to you.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to misuse RoboStack or attempt to use the Site in a manner that could harm RoboStack, other users, third parties, systems, networks, or equipment. Without limiting the general nature of this restriction, you must not:
- Use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, source code, infrastructure, APIs, data, or restricted functionality.
- Interfere with, disrupt, overload, damage, or circumvent the security or normal operation of the Site.
- Introduce malicious software, harmful code, automated attacks, or other material intended to disrupt the Site or connected systems.
- Use automated extraction, scraping, crawling, or similar methods in a manner that places unreasonable demands on the Site or violates applicable rights.
- Impersonate another person or organization or misrepresent your identity, authority, or relationship with RoboStack.
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit protected RoboStack materials except where expressly permitted or legally authorized.
Demonstration Platform
Parts of RoboStack may demonstrate proposed or developing robot-fleet management functionality through simulated environments, sample information, fictional organizations, mock data, or frontend interactions. Unless expressly identified otherwise, such demonstrations do not represent live connections to physical robots, production infrastructure, customer fleets, or third-party systems. Information displayed within a demonstration may change, reset, or be removed without notice and should not be relied upon for real-world robot operation, safety decisions, maintenance decisions, financial decisions, or other operationally critical purposes.
Robotics and Operational Risk Disclaimer
Robotics systems can involve physical equipment, autonomous movement, machinery, electrical systems, sensors, charging infrastructure, software, networks, and interaction with people or property. The Site and any demonstration functionality are not a substitute for appropriate engineering controls, trained personnel, manufacturer instructions, site-specific safety procedures, risk assessments, regulatory compliance, or physical emergency systems. You should not rely on a website demonstration, simulated Emergency Stop, camera interface, fleet-health indicator, automation rule, or other demonstration feature as a safety mechanism for real equipment.
No Guarantee of Future Features
The Site may describe product concepts, technical architecture, development plans, potential integrations, future modules, or other forward-looking functionality. Such information is provided to explain the RoboStack vision and does not constitute a guarantee, commitment, warranty, or binding promise that any particular functionality will be developed, released, commercially offered, or delivered within a specific timeframe. RoboStack may change product priorities, architecture, functionality, technical specifications, or development plans.
Investor and Business Information Disclaimer
Information presented through the Site for investors, partners, clients, or other business audiences is provided for general informational and demonstration purposes. Nothing on the Site constitutes investment, financial, legal, tax, or other professional advice, an offer to sell securities, or a solicitation to purchase securities. Business models, projections, market opportunities, budgets, roadmaps, potential revenue streams, and similar forward-looking information involve assumptions and uncertainty, and actual outcomes may differ materially from concepts or expectations presented through the Site.
Accounts and Access
If RoboStack provides account-based or restricted functionality, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials associated with your access and for activities performed through your account where reasonably attributable to you. You should promptly notify RoboStack if you reasonably believe that credentials have been compromised or unauthorized access has occurred. RoboStack may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the Site, investigate misuse, maintain security, or enforce these Terms.
Third-Party Services and Integrations
The Site may reference, demonstrate, link to, or interact with third-party products, robot manufacturers, protocols, APIs, business systems, infrastructure providers, or other services. References to third-party technologies do not necessarily indicate sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or production integration. Third-party products and services remain subject to their respective terms, policies, availability, and technical requirements. RoboStack is not responsible for independent third-party services that it does not control.
Intellectual Property
The RoboStack name, platform concept, website design, interfaces, software, graphics, documentation, text, branding, visual elements, technical materials, and other original content may be protected by intellectual property and other applicable rights. Except where expressly authorized, access to the Site does not grant you ownership of or a license to commercially reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, sublicense, or create derivative products from RoboStack materials. Third-party names, trademarks, and technologies referenced on the Site remain the property of their respective owners.
User Communications and Submitted Information
If you submit an inquiry, feedback, business request, partnership proposal, or other communication to RoboStack, you represent that you have the right to provide the information contained in that communication. You should avoid submitting confidential, proprietary, sensitive, or legally restricted information unless an appropriate agreement or secure communication method has been established. Personal information submitted through the Site is handled in accordance with the applicable RoboStack Privacy Policy.
Availability and Changes
RoboStack may modify, update, suspend, restrict, replace, or discontinue any part of the Site or demonstration functionality. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, continuous availability, compatibility with every device or browser, or that the Site will always operate without errors. Maintenance, technical issues, security requirements, development changes, or circumstances outside reasonable control may affect availability.
No Warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its content are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis for general informational and demonstration purposes. RoboStack does not make warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, completeness, accuracy, fitness for a particular operational purpose, or compatibility with particular robots, systems, networks, or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, RoboStack will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or similar losses arising solely from reliance on demonstration content or use of the Site. Users remain responsible for evaluating whether information or functionality is appropriate for their intended purposes and for maintaining suitable safety, operational, technical, and security controls when working with actual robotics systems. Nothing in these Terms limits responsibility where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Refund Policy
Access to publicly available informational and demonstration content on the Site does not itself create an obligation to make a payment. If RoboStack later offers paid subscriptions, integrations, deployments, support services, or other commercial services, applicable prices, payment terms, cancellation rights, and refund conditions should be specified in the relevant order, subscription, service agreement, or checkout terms. Unless otherwise expressly agreed, payments associated with customized integration, development, or professional services may be subject to the terms of the applicable commercial agreement rather than a general website refund policy.
Disputes
If you have a concern or dispute relating to the Site, you are encouraged to contact RoboStack first so that the matter can be reviewed and, where reasonably possible, resolved informally. Any formal dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any binding agreement between the relevant parties. If a separate commercial, subscription, integration, investment, or partnership agreement contains specific dispute-resolution provisions, those provisions will apply to matters governed by that agreement.
Governing Terms and Applicable Law
These Terms of Use are intended to operate subject to applicable laws and mandatory legal protections. Where RoboStack enters into a separate written commercial agreement with a client, partner, investor, supplier, or other party, the governing-law provisions specified in that agreement will apply to the relationship covered by it. Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
Termination of Use
You may stop using the Site at any time. RoboStack may restrict or terminate access to the Site where reasonably necessary because of misuse, security concerns, unlawful activity, violation of these Terms, technical requirements, or discontinuation of relevant functionality. Provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations, disputes, and other terms that by their nature should continue after termination may remain applicable.
Changes to These Terms
RoboStack may revise these Terms of Use to reflect changes to the Site, platform functionality, business practices, security requirements, or applicable obligations. The current version will be made available through https://robostack.net/. Continued use of the Site after revised terms are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
